These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain or in the alternate to the Laws governing the Trade marks in their respective jurisdictions. The parties hereby agree and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province in which you reside. The parties have required that these Terms of Use and all related documents be drawn up in English.

The Companies reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in their sole discretion.
